To use Ventriko, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not create multiple accounts or use our services for illegal activities.

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your pitch videos, business information, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant Ventriko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

4.2 Content Guidelines

• Content must be original or properly licensed
• No false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• No content that violates intellectual property rights
• No inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.3 IP Protection

While we implement security measures, submitting pitches involves public disclosure risks. We recommend protecting sensitive IP through patents or other legal measures before submission.

5.1 Free and Paid Services

Ventriko offers both free and paid services. Free users can submit pitches and gain basic visibility. Pro subscriptions ($9.95/month) provide unlimited pitches, priority placement, and enhanced features. Pitch Boost ($4.95) offers one-time visibility enhancement for individual pitches.

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime; service continues until period end

Users must:

• Provide honest, constructive feedback
• Respect other users and their intellectual property
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings or game the system
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

Important Investment Notices:

• Ventriko does not provide investment advice or endorse specific investments
• All investment decisions are made independently by users
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Startup investments carry high risk of loss
• Users should consult financial advisors before investing
• We do not verify all claims made in pitches

9.1 Service Availability

Ventriko is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventriko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Ventriko may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform ends immediately
• Your content may be removed from public areas
• Some provisions survive termination (IP rights, disclaimers)
• Paid subscriptions continue until the end of the billing period
